The West Hawaii community came together Saturday evening at King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel for the 17th annual Taste of Life fundraiser for the Hawaii Island HIV/AIDS Foundation. Staff and patrons dressed for the theme “Once Upon a Summer Night.”

The West Hawaii community came together Saturday evening at King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel for the 17th annual Taste of Life fundraiser for the Hawaii Island HIV/AIDS Foundation. Staff and patrons dressed for the theme “Once Upon a Summer Night.”

Local restaurants provided samples of culinary delight while Pin Up Burlesque treated guests to a musical extravaganza. A silent auction featured items donated by local businesses and artisans. Tarot card reading and a photo booth along with dancing to the music of the Rainbow Band rounded out the festivities.
